Martin Jandera AFPA, Cert IV FS (Fin.Mort.Broking), Dip FP, BSc (Med)

Martin has been assisting practitioners and their clients assess the value and the implications of splitting or not splitting superannuation interests since the splitting laws commenced in 2002. He has remained committed to raising awareness of superannuation issues in family law matters over this time, running numerous seminars, workshops and presenting at various conferences on these matters. As a financial adviser not only is qualified to provide advice on the outcomes of any superannuation agreement but is also able to integrate these issues with the personal financial position of clients. Therefore he is also commonly sort after by clients to develop financial strategies once the family law matter has settled.

In addition to consulting on family law superannuation matters, Martin also runs his own financial planning practice. Here he develops superannuation, financial, insurance, estate and mortgage strategies. He also develops strategies in relation to investments and presently manage's more than $20 million on behalf of his clients.

Traicha Aspley CA, Cert IV FS (Fin.Mort.Broking), Dip FP, BCom

Traicha lends her experience to family law practitioners and their clients having spent more than a decade educating both accountants and financial advisers on superannuation issues. Her intricate knowledge of superannuation, built up over many years of developing complex superannuation strategies adds considerable depth to the professional advice and guidance she is able to provide.

As a Chartered Accountant, her audit experience and background in working with self managed super funds, she is able to sift through the financials of these funds and identify key issues and risks. She is then also able to work with the Trustees on managing any compliance concerns and assist them in implement any superannuation agreement reached.
Traicha other passion is developing superannuation strategies for her clients in the practice. She works closely with Martin developing each client’s superannuation strategy and managing the annual compliance requirements of the funds she looks after.
